Mission

HD Reach is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing access to healthcare resources, education for families, clinicians and the community, social assistance for patients and families affected by Huntington’s disease, and support and events throughout North Carolina.

Vision

We envision a future in which ALL people affected by Huntington’s disease are able to access the help they need to cope with Huntington’s disease.

Goals

1.Expansion of our service area by increasing the number of service hubs and community meet ups throughout the state.
2.Improve board recruitment and development. Utilize a Philanthropy Council for guidance on fundraising messaging and outreach. Improve and synthesize social media and marketing presence.
3.Diversify funding. Update case statement and apply for grants beyond those received historically.
