EBDI'S MISSION IS TO SUCCESSFULLY ATTRACT MARKET-ORIENTED INVESTMENT, DEVELOPMENT, POPULATION AND ENTERPRISE TO THE EAST BALTIMORE COMMUNITY WHILE EQUIPPING COMMUNITY RESIDENTS WITH THE SKILLS, INFORMATION, AND RESOURCES THEY NEED TO BENEFIT FROM NEW HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT, BUSINESS, AND AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.
