Goals

1. 1.Goal: Strengthen Agape’s financial, managerial, and technical capacity to sustain growth, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term impact through strategic hires, enhanced fundraising, and updated infrastructure.
2. 2.Expand and Maximize Clinical Services: Increase access to life-affirming care by extending clinic hours, doubling appointment capacity, adding weekend availability, and boosting outreach to serve more women in need across all locations.
3. 3.Advance Advocacy for Life-Affirming Care: Strengthen Agape’s voice through advocacy efforts that include strategic partnerships, media engagement, and involvement in public policy—promoting life-affirming values and positioning Agape as a trusted leader in compassionate, pro-woman care.
