TO COORDINATE THE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PROTECTION OF THE GREATER WATERSHED, DAM MAINTENANCE, AND WEED CONTROL OF BIG ISLAND POND IN HAMPSTEAD, DERRY AND ATKINSON NH, AND TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE WATER QUALITY AND PRESERVATION OF THE HABITAT.
