To facilitate participants’ successful transition into competitive integrated employment and increasing the hiring rate of creatives with disabilities within the entertainment industry.

Goals

1. 1.To provide people with disabilities greater independence in their daily lives.
2. 2.To provide people with disabilities greater access to quality services, assisting them in learning marketable industry skills to be able to secure and maintain competitive integrated employment.
3. 3.To provide people with disabilities access to innovative supports and services to meet existing and emerging needs in the areas of career skills training and employment.
