BY CREATING A COMPREHENSIVE NETWORK OF SERVICES, WE ARE RIGHTING THE WRONGS OF RACIAL AND ECONOMIC INEQUALITY AND PAVING THE WAY FOR FAMILIES TO FORGE FUTURES ABUNDANT WITH OPPORTUNITY, WELLNESS, AND JOY.
