Vision

The Make A Difference Leadership Foundation offers a comprehensive scholarship program that focuses on individual support and development. The Make A Difference Leadership Foundation is more than just a contribution towards the scholar’s academic costs. Make A Difference Leadership Foundation supports each scholar from Grade 8 throughout their tertiary degree. We do not only provide financial assistance, but we also support the individual in their personal and professional development as they prepare for the future. We achieve this through a multi-disciplinary team, skilled in various professions to ensure that we remove any barrier the scholar is facing in the most effective and efficient manner. Subsequently, our scholars continue to focus on achieving their dreams, while we take care of the rest.

Goals

1. 1.MADLF supports scholars Grade 8 to tertiary graduation. Beyond financial assistance, we offer tailored support including leadership development, mentorship, academic and psychosocial guidance, and personal growth opportunities. This equips scholars to excel as ethical, purpose-driven leaders. We’ve supported 546 scholars, 318 matriculants, and 228 graduates—our alumni showcasing lasting impact.
2. 2.The MADL's utilizes the Social Change Model of Leadership Development (SCM). This model focuses on values-based leadership, aiming to cultivate the knowledge, skills, and self-awareness individuals need to create meaningful, positive change within their communities.e SCM emphasizes leadership as a collaborative and ethical process rather than a position of authority.
3. 3.Alumni Program. Staff and Mentor Development. Comprehensive data collection thru questionare and interviews of 225 Alumni on providing peer mentorship. Mental Health Seminars conducted and Leadership Summit including Alumni as Key Note Speakers. Feedback networks of Alumni making a difference in communities and activating the scholars and tertiary students with inspirational interactions.
