Peace of Mind Dog Rescue is a resource and advocate for senior dogs and senior people on the Central Coast. We find homes for dogs whose guardians can no longer care for them and for senior dogs in shelters.

1.This year we are hiring a behavior specialist to work with dogs that need extra help to become more adoptable.
2.We plan to lead online conferences to help other communities start similar programs in their area.
3.We are looking to purchase a building and land to set up a refuge for dogs needing more time to find a foster or adopter. There would be a 24/7 caretaker caring for about 40 dogs on site.
