Vision

The vision of the Multi-Ethnic Collaborative of Community Agencies (MECCA) is to enhance and improve the quality of life for underserved multicultural communities by being a unified voice advocating to reduce ethnic disparities.

Goals

1. 1.MECCA aims to expand access to core services—including housing navigation, opioid-prevention outreach, older adult wellness support, and culturally responsive capacity-building—by strengthening partnerships, increasing multilingual engagement, and reaching more underserved multi-ethnic communities across Orange County.
2. 2.MECCA will strengthen financial, management, and technical capacity by improving internal systems and expanding shared infrastructure with our nine collaborative agencies. This includes enhancing data systems, strengthening coordination, and investing in tools that support culturally responsive, countywide service delivery.
3. 3.MECCA will develop new programs that respond to emerging community needs, including expanded housing navigation for older adults, support for Medi-Cal transitions, and culturally responsive services that address gaps identified through our nine collaborative agencies and community feedback.
