The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: ICRI envisions a future of expanded impact, owning physical spaces, becoming a global resettlement agency, increasing funding diversity, strengthening staff benefits, and enhancing partnerships. We prepare for uncertainties like deportations, hate crimes, and funding cuts while seizing opportunities. Through innovation, advocacy, and community support, we empower refugees and immigrants.
Goal Two: In response to the evolving needs of our communities, we aim to implement new programs that address emerging challenges, such as climate-induced migration and evolving economic realities. These programs will focus on offering targeted services, including skill-building, mental health support, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, empowering individuals to adapt and thrive in a changing world.
Goal Three: To ensure long-term sustainability and effectiveness, we will invest in enhancing the organization’s capacity across financial, management, and technical areas. This includes strengthening financial systems, investing in staff training, and upgrading technical infrastructure to improve service delivery, ensuring we are well-equipped to meet the growing needs of our communities
