3.To ensure long-term sustainability and effectiveness, we will invest in enhancing the organization’s capacity across financial, management, and technical areas. This includes strengthening financial systems, investing in staff training, and upgrading technical infrastructure to improve service delivery, ensuring we are well-equipped to meet the growing needs of our communities
