Mission

Spoonfuls, New England’s largest food recovery organization, keeps good food from going to waste. Through food recovery and distribution, education, and advocacy, Spoonfuls works to address the health, environmental, and economic impact that wasted food has on people and the planet.

Vision

We imagine a world in which a sustainable environment and access to nutritious food is unqualified and respected. We will continue to follow the examples of, and remain informed by, community voices as we work to build a fair food system and address food insecurity and the climate emergency. These values are measures of justice rather than charity.

Goals

1.Recover and distribute more than 5.8 million pounds of fresh, nutritious food in 2025.
2.Deepen our community engagement and impact through education and targeted activities around policy and advocacy.
