Vision

Our core programs create a safety net and a pathway to successful outcomes. Veterans Connection is the service gateway providing 1 on 1 assistance with benefits & claims, comprehensive support, equipment, etc. Mobile Veteran Outreach saves lives by engaging homeless or home-bound veterans, followed by direct hands-on intervention to address the root causes of veteran homelessness. We firmly believe we have created the new national blueprint to end veteran suffering and homelessness. All 9 core programs and supportive services will be key elements in our pending new Veterans Village. A housing and healing program unlike anything our country has seen before.

Goals

1. 1.Complete a 5 year plan launched in 2019 to end veteran suffering, homelessness, suicide in the County. 9 core programs purpose built to the needs of veterans are fully operational.
2. 2.In crease revenue from $140,000 per year in 2018 to $1,500,000 per year in 2024.
3. 3.The new, "integrated model of care" is the new national blueprint designed to fully address the root causes of those issues which take the lives of our veterans.
