Mission

THE EAST TENNESSEE KIDNEY FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO CONNECTING INDIVIDUAL EAST TENNESSEANS WITH EARLY DETECTION OF KIDNEY DISEASE, EDUCATION, AND LIFE SUSTAINING TREATMENT.

Vision

An East Tennessee community with no more deaths due to kidney failure, and fewer residents diagnosed

Goals

1.Expand the Dianne Hagey Dialysis Transportation program to 6 additional NE counties of East Tennessee, bringing the total number of counties served to 25.
2.Start the Early Kidney Disease Screening program with the goal of screening 100+ people in the first fiscal year of the program.
3.Increase capacity by hiring additional staff.
