Mission

To transform the lives of individuals impacted by incarceration through compassionate experiential education.

Vision

Serve 100,000 incarcerated individuals and family members in the next 20 years. Establish the Freedom to Choose Project’s curriculum as the “gold standard” for rehabilitation education and positive culture change both in and out of prisons.

Goals

1.Branding and marketing of FTC, including the 20th anniversary celebration, completion of documentary, conversion funnel optimization, and awareness generation campaigns.
2.Robust program that ensures volunteer recruiting, training, participation, and engagement.
3.Organizational design & development – building a sustainable infrastructure foundation to increase our capability and capacities for growth. This includes expanded fundraising and grant acquisition.
