FOSTERING THE AMATEUR SPORT OF VOLLEYBALL FOR CHILDREN FOR COMPETITION LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY, ORGANIZING AND SUPERVISING THE PLAYING OF VOLLEYBALL UNDER SPECIALIZED RULES AND REGULATIONS, AND TO LEASE OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE SUITABLE PLAYING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THESE PURPOSES.
