Mission

Make a Home Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting Connecticut’s homeless community—including veterans and their families, survivors of domestic abuse, displaced seniors, and anyone in need. We partner with local agencies to help individuals and families move off the streets and into fully furnished homes. Our mission is to restore comfort, stability, and hope to those facing a crisis with nowhere else to turn.

Vision

Our vision embraces restoring comfort and stable housing, along with hope for all those who find themselves in a life crisis with nowhere to turn. We aim to empower all we help to realize their full potential and lead more stable and fulfilling lives.

Goals

1.Our goal is to provide housing stability for those in need by providing essential furniture and furnishings, which are vital for creating a comfortable and functional living space.
2.We are dedicated to establishing connections with more organizations in CT who share MAHF mission. Expanding our program will provide stable housing for more people in need.
3.Increase our yearly support goal by 100 additional individuals and families. And host 3 community events to raise awareness of our charity, our mission, and our vision.
