TO PROVIDE A PLACE FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO DONATE CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS WHERE THEY WILL BE RESOLD RESULTING IN REDISTRIBUTION AND RECYCLING OF RESOURCES TO THE GREATER GOOD. ALL NET PROCEEDS, NET OF AN OPERATIONAL CONTINGENCY RESERVE AND DEBT SERVICE, ARE GIVEN TO LOCAL QUALIFYING CHARITIES ON A MONTHLY BASIS
