TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY THE BEST QUALITY CHILD CARE FOR SCHOOL-AGECHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOL TIME. PROVIDE THE CHILDREN IN OUR CARECOMPREHENSIVE, ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTSAND PROVIDE THESE SERVICES AT MINIMAL OR NO COST TO THE FAMILIES.
