At KCTL, we use tennis to give youth living in and around Brooklyn public housing the space, skills, and connections to imagine and build their own futures.

Vision

A Brooklyn where every kid has a court—and every court opens a door.

Goals

1.1. Increase the hours of tennis delivered and number of students enrolled at our existing sites 2. Improve student engagement and retention 3. Improve student engagement and retention
2.1. Finalize KCTL pathway and further define KCTL's impact
3.1. Strengthen KCTL infrastructure by empowering the staff and creating more process and role 2. Determine and implement the process, systems and technology that will improve our data, resource and operational efficiency 3. Improve KCTL's physical space to maximize program offerings 4. Diversify and expand funding sources 5. Improve development resources management and maximize our ROI
