ROWW operates on the philosophy that by making a difference in just one person’s life, the world has been changed for the better. By doing so, we strive to elevate Paul’s simple idea of helping others to create a lasting legacy he would be proud of and will be forever felt worldwide.

Goals

1. 1.Here at ROWW we are looking to grow our current programs, to provide more impactful aid when a natural disaster strikes. This means creating scalable deployment teams that are equiped with the right leaders that possess the skills needed in the field. Along with the right resources and equipment to be successful
2. 2.ROWW is a small but mighty organization. With that said we want to expand our reach, impact and to do that we will need to strive for more grants and funding. a Goal is to grow our organization that employs roles that are dedicated to funding growth.
3. 3.ROWW wants to not only maintain the momentum and growth created thus far, engaging and educating the masses of who we are is a continued goal. Spreading awareness of what ROWW does and what we have accomplished is important to our growth.
