Mission

50/50 WOMEN ON BOARDS IS COMMITTED TO ACCELERATING GENDER BALANCE AND DIVERSITY ON BOARDS OF RUSSELL 3000 INDEX COMPANIES, WITH WOMEN HOLDING 50% OF THE BOARD SEATS AND WOMEN OF COLOR HOLDING AT LEAST 20% OF THE BOARD SEATS.

Vision

50/50 Women on Boards sees a brighter future where all corporate boards are gender balanced and dive

Goals

1.Expand the reach of our current board-readiness workshop classes to a larger audience and increase the membership of our Networking Hub to create more opportunities for women to seek board seats.
2.Continue to host regional in-person networking events, global virtual events and speaking engagements, and partner with other like-minded companies and corporations to advocate for our mission.
3.Continue to develop the structure of our research database so that we are able to more efficiently track and report on the progress of the Russell 3000 companies.
