50/50 Women on Boards

Mission

50/50 Women on Boards is the leading global 501c3 nonprofit advancing the business case for diverse board leadership. Through research, education, advocacy, and strategic connections, we cultivate a pipeline of board-ready candidates while engaging the companies, investors, and governance leaders who shape board appointments and succession planning. Our research tracks the gender, racial, ethnic, and leadership composition of Russell 3000 corporate boards and informs public dialogue, corporate engagement, board education, and policy conversations related to the future of board leadership.

1.Expand the reach of our current board-readiness workshop classes to a larger audience and increase the membership of our Networking Hub to create more opportunities for women to seek board seats.
2.Continue to host regional in-person networking events, global virtual events and speaking engagements, and partner with other like-minded companies and corporations to advocate for our mission.
3.Continue to develop the structure of our research database so that we are able to more efficiently track and report on the progress of the Russell 3000 companies.
