Child Bridge Inc.

Mission

The Child Bridge mission is "to find and equip families for children who have suffered abuse and neglect." Our vision is "A family for every child." We serve foster families, kinship care providers, and families who have adopted from foster care.

Vision

Our guiding vision is "A family for every child."

Goals

1.Expand statewide equipping services through culturally-responsive, trauma-informed coaching, training, community and practical resources that strengthen foster, adoptive, and kinship families throughout their journey. HOW WE'LL DO IT: Increase the total number of households served through equipping services by 5%.
2.Use innovative data-informed, regional strategies to mobilize churches, people of faith, and communities to recruit foster families where they are needed most and improve placement options for children. HOW WE'LL DO IT: Refer 110 prospective foster families for licensure, resulting in 35 newly licensed families.
3.Partner with tribal communities to recruit, equip, and support Native foster and kinship families while honoring culture, strengthening belonging, and expanding responsive support for Native children and the families who care for them. HOW WE'LL DO IT: Refer 6 Native families for foster-care licensure and launch culturally-responsive coaching and equipping services.
