1.Expand equipping services statewide to strengthen family retention and outcomes through targeted training, trauma-informed support, and accessible, community-rooted programming based on real-time data and family needs. HOW WE'LL DO IT: Increase the total number of households served through equipping services by 5%
2.Implement an innovative, statewide, data-informed recruiting strategy that mobilizes churches and people of faith to secure newly licensed foster families each year by thinking beyond traditional methods and driving measurable impact. HOW WE'LL DO IT: Refer 120 prospective foster families for licensure, resulting in 60 newly licensed families.
3.Launch/grow a Native Family Services initiative that partners with tribal communities to recruit, equip, and support Native foster/adoptive/kinship families, while offering culturally responsive support to non-Native families caring for Native children. How: Launch initiatives to provide cultural training for non-Native families and an equipping strategy for Native families
