We have recruited professionals in the fields of school management, library sciences, technology, and psychology to be members of the Board. We have hired a new headmistress to provide local leadership for both the employees of the school and the families of the students.

What are this organization’s external mobilizaton efforts?
We are part of a larger NGO, Liberate Africans' Children Foundation. We also partner with Privilege 2 Serve, Rotary International, Lynn Family Foundation, and the Mali Nieta Foundation. We also formed a partnership with Play Unites Us. We collaborate with a Tanzanian Rotary club as well as the local school district here in Texas. Our founder shares the mission of the organization in order to garnish more interest in partnerships.
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
We have had to reach out to local communities to ensure that the children at our school receive fresh water. We have worked closely with the Tanzanian District Commissioner to facilitate with the building of important infrastructure such as roads, electricity, solar power and access to the Internet for our campus.
