Vision

To improve the financial stability of individuals from underrepresented populations in the greater Tampa Bay area, by providing customized pre-employment training, job placement, and post-employment support, as measured by our job placement rate, employer relationships, and overall client satisfaction.

Goals

We support professional development, build strong partnerships with employers and community leaders, and improve data systems to measure impact. We also develop innovative programs and social enterprises that expand employment opportunities and sustain long-term growth.
3. 3.The Grow Group develops new programs based on the evolving needs of the communities we serve. By listening to individuals, families, employers, and partners, we design training, work experiences, and employment pathways that address local workforce gaps and create meaningful opportunities for people to build skills and achieve long-term employment.
