Goals

1. 1.We are launching a traditional automotive repair program in response to a clear community need. Many families lack access to affordable/reliable repair options, and students want skills that lead directly to short term economic stability. This program provides real-world training, certifications, and community impact while expanding pathways to stability.
2. 2.We are expanding our capacity by adding staff and increasing programming at both MINDDRIVE sites. Growth will allow us to serve more students each day, deepen real-world learning opportunities, and strengthen support systems that build confidence, technical skills, and long-term stability for youth across our partner schools.
3. 3.We are strengthening our advocacy for equitable access to real-world learning by elevating student voice, sharing program outcomes, and building partnerships that highlight the importance of hands-on education for under-resourced communities. Our goal is to expand awareness, influence local systems, and advance opportunities for youth.
