Goal One: Expand our capacity for workforce readiness by building a new food-safe facility, refining programs, adding case managers, creating a mentorship program with successful alumni, providing trade training space for volunteer-led instruction, and increasing opportunities for computer literacy and other educational trainings on site.
Goal Two: Invest in the capacity of our organization by developing and strengthening our team members’ skills, leadership, and effectiveness while they mentor and uplift others. Increase our financial sustainability through additional support from social enterprises, grants, and foundations, ensuring long-term impact and growth.
Goal Three: Strengthen our advocacy efforts to raise awareness of the challenges faced by those impacted by trauma and dependence, promote the value of workforce readiness and transitional housing programs, and build partnerships that advance policies and community support for our mission.
