Goal One: Expand the capacity for high-quality, high impact preventative and curative care. Advocate for equitable surgical care by collaborating with Mission Hospital, PAACS, and allies to identify barriers, build capacity through SAFE training, secure lasting funding, and share data and insights that influence policy, partnerships, and investment in compassionate interventions
Goal Two: Improve AMH programs by enhancing portfolio management, deepening impact analysis, expanding hospital partnerships, and leveraging initiatives like SAFE and MHTN to improve reach, attract support, and ensure effective, high-quality service delivery across our network.
Goal Three: To grow and scale our impact, we aim to expand and diversify our donor base, strengthen major gifts, and enhance donor engagement. By investing in marketing, digital outreach, and affinity groups like “Women Helping Women,” we will boost awareness, deepen relationships, and increase access to support—ultimately expanding our programs and services to reach more communities.
