The Perry Initiative

Mission

The Perry Initiative is committed to building the talent pipeline in the fields of orthopaedic surgery and engineering, two fields in need of innovative thinkers and problem solvers. We advance our mission by targeting high school and medical school students through our outreach programs, providing them with hands-on exposure to these fields and connecting them with leaders in the fields of orthopaedic surgery and engineering.

Vision

The Perry Initiative aims to change the makeup of talent in the fields of orthopaedic surgery and engineering to include the most highly skilled innovative thinkers to solve the most complex challenges facing the medical field today and reflect the communities we serve.

Goals
