Vision

Ending extreme poverty in our lifetime is possible. We envision a world where everyone has the chance to work, thrive, and build a better future for their children.

Goals

1. 1.We are expanding access to existing programs by 1) increasing our local partner portfolio from 4 to 8 (in the same programmatic pillars) and 2) expanding proven programs with existing partners across borders into new countries.
2. 2.We are making deeper, more substantial commitments to our existing local partners so they may continue hiring local people to meet the critical needs of people living in their communities.
3. 3.We are investing in our organizational capacity by: 1) purchasing wealth screening technology so we can raise more money more efficiently, 2) standardizing and strengthening our measurement & evaluation impact tracking framework, and 3) using AI to increase automation and productivity. We are also planning to make an additional hire this year to support marketing and administrative efforts.
