Goals

1. 1.We will be an evidence-based organization supporting effective communications: * Collecting data to inform and show the impact of effective two-way communication * Providing our partners with the knowledge and tools they need * Gaining more traction with our findings by systematically leveraging program partnerships to influence priority processes
2. 2.We will be a catalyst for change at global scale: * Using language technology appropriately * Partnering equitably with organizations working with marginalized people * Creating a self-generating and self-managing "community of communities". * Leveraging the critical mass of the community to create and validate language data and terminologies.
3. 3.We will actively transform the organization and build organizational sustainability * Diversifying team members and Board and ensure that we are growing managers internally * Getting the right levels of reserves and diversify income streams * Implementing clearer, more efficient and easier to use business processes, systems and reporting, that support decision making
