The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: In March 2025, we launched a developmental-behavioral pediatrics program led by a bilingual pediatrician specialist. She’ll train a multidisciplinary team—including a psychiatric nurse practitioner, bilingual therapist, nurse administrator, and a new LCSW—to provide evaluations, caregiver support, and coordinated care for children with complex needs.
Goal Two: We’re enhancing Development and Advancement through targeted strategies like donor meetings and events. Key goals include retention, re-engagement, and growth. Campaigns will support Behavioral Health and year-end giving. Events like our 5K and fall luncheon will boost awareness and sponsorship. We’re also pursuing grants and civic partnerships to strengthen funding.
Goal Three: Strategic planning identified key areas to improve impact and sustainability. Phase one focuses on clinical efficiency, streamlined operations, and better billing. LifeSpring will contract a Clinical Ops specialist, engage consultants, and transition to a new EHR to enhance workflow, billing, and care coordination, ensuring long-term stability and quality care.
