Vision

We envision becoming a national organization that offers our services to professional outdoor guides all over the U.S. We get calls everyday from guides in need from all over the country- we hope to be able to have the resources, staff, and network to provide the high quality care we give in ID, MT, WY, and CO to every guide who needs it.

Goals

1. 1.We need to hire staff- a development director, an office administrator, and a communications manager. We also need to invest in out technology- website, CRM, etc.
2. 2.The demand for our services grows exponentially. We need a $400,000 endowment to ensure our services are available to all professional outdoor guides who need it in the areas we already serve and the rest of the US we cannot service yet.
3. 3.Find a way to connect or provide guides access to physical health care - insurance? Some kind of fund?
