SERVICES INCLUDE SECURE MESSAGING, QUERY BASED EXCHANGE, TRANSPORT OF DATA TO PUBLIC HEALTH REGISTRIES, PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD AND RELATED SUPPORT NECESSARY TO ASSIST HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS MEET THEIR MEANINGFUL USE REQUIREMENTS.
