All SHE-CAN graduates return to their home countries and work together as leaders and change-agents in impact careers.

Goals

1. 1.Make A Change Program provides our scholars with hands-on leadership opportunities during their academic journey. Through community service projects, scholars actively contribute to their home and host communities. Scholars identify problems they wish to solve (STEM courses for primary school children, safe drinking wells in their villages). Goal: 100% participant completion of impact projects.
2. 2.Success Network supports graduates in establishing a strong Alumni Organization that empowers them to work together to overcome barriers and usher in change; work to uplift women; become force-multipliers supporting each other. Support includes: • Website, communication platform, meeting set up, thought leader speakers • Leadership positions: President, Secretary, etc. • Local resource guides
3. 3.Financial sustainable growth over the next two years to fund our program expansion and have a healthy 6-12 month reserve. Goal: Grow our budget by 30% over the next two years with new funding from institutional donors and expand our individual donor database.
