THE MISSION OF DRESS FOR SUCCESS IS TO EMPOWER WOMEN TO ACHIEVE ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE BY PROVIDING A NETWORK OF SUPPORT, PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE AND THE DEVELOPMENT TOOLS TO HELP WOMEN THRIVE IN WORK AND IN LIFE.

Vision

Dress for Success Des Moines envisions all women, regardless of social and economic background to be independent individuals and self-sufficient members of their respective communities as a result of having the opportunity to establish and advance in a career of their choice.

1.Diversify funding with a strategic development plan.
2.Develop future-ready programming while incorporating current best-practices and hiring trends
3.Be a leading voice on women’s economic issues and advocate for the needs of our community
