Goal One: Diversify and expand produce sources: recruit 10 new farm partners for gleaning and produce donation / purchase by Q4, 2029; recruit 5 new produce aggregator partners for direct donation to extend our service season by Q4, 2029; add a 3rd hub to increase our service region by Q4, 2029; increase donation fields and expand infrastructure to handle growth in operations by Q4, 2028.
Goal Two: Expand and enhance nutrition and agricultural education based on community needs assessments: Establish a mobile nutrition unit for nutrition / culinary education and healthy samples by Q4, 2028; partner with a commercial kitchen to add ready-to-eat meals for clients by Q4, 2026; design and implement agricultural education programs into our growing and gleaning initiatives by Q4, 2026.
Goal Three: Implement a volunteer management system and improve retention: survey volunteers and host focus groups to gather feedback, input, and ideas and evaluate, report, and make changes by Q4, 2025. Recruit 20 new volunteers via 3 outreach events by Q4, 2025. Research and implement a new software system for volunteer management to capture accurate metrics by Q2, 2026.
