Vision

Rutledge Cancer Foundation exists to bring a healthier future to adolescent and young adult cancer patients during and after cancer. Whether it is providing new diagnosis bags and pouches, initiating and funding crucial patient programs like fertility preservation and therapeutic exercise, supporting research and clinical trials for new, less toxic, more curative therapies or increasing awareness and early detection of AYA cancers, Rutledge Cancer Foundation is dedicated to increasing survival rates and improving outcomes for teens and young adults with cancer.

Goals

1. 1.Increase Carley's Closet new diagnosis bags, pouches, stockings and requested items by 10% over last year (1,271) by December 31, 2024.
2. 2.Improvement of RCF’s recently acquired Caregather.com patient support website, to be fully operational by October 2024. We plan to include the patient assessment tool mentioned in Target 3.
3. 3.Provision of emergency gap funding to allow existing AYA cancer mental health programs and research to continue, including AYA Cancer Psychologists and crucial assessment research through 12/31/24.
