Vision

Our mission is to achieve positive community impact through grant-making, projects and programs that can be measured and assessed.

Goals

1. 1.To expand our environmental stewardship programs that are important to the local community. We assess this through surveys and feedback. Thus, we expanded our environmental programs through the fiscal sponsorship of a community compost project and a plastic-free program. These are important programs that drive community change in behaviors, which can be quantified.
2. 2.We have a commitment to further our advocacy work on behalf of the greater community. The redevelopment of Virginia Key and the Rickenbacker Causeway presents an opportunity to create a replicable process for future planning. Given Miami’s population increase, lack of mobility, and the threat of climate change, equitable access to public parks in coastal areas will become more challenging.
3. 3.We are committed to grow, expand and scale, not just our environmental programs but also our youth development programs like Fab Lab Miami. Fab Lab Miami is a STEAM-based youth development program. We are expanding to new communities by growing our partner organization network and expanding services provided to participants.
