TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO ADULTS WHO ARE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED.

Friedman Place seeks to improve the lives of all Illinois adults who are blind and improve their eco

1.The Supportive Living Program provides housing and supportive services for up to 85 people who are blind annually and have appropriate overall health and needs for the level of care we provide.
2.The Navigator Program provides a broad range of case management and social services to people who are blind so they may achieve the greatest level independence, and interaction within the community.
3.Rent Assistance supports Illinois residents 18+ years who are blind and of low income, so they may remain in the community in their own rented apartments, houses, or rooms. Subsidies up to $300/mont.
