Vision

Our vision is to build a sanctuary to serve as a halfway house,https://tidespoint.com where each of our beloved rescue dogs can rest and recuperate while we evaluate their needs, prior to being placed with a foster or permanent family.

Goals

1. 1.Grow and develop key support roles and volunteers to be able to streamline our operations while increasing our bench strength for future leadership positions.
2. 2.Evaluate and improve processes and procedures to simply the processes around intakes, fostering, posting and adoption. Doing so will help to ensure more efficiency in the rehoming of rescued Golden Retrievers and better utilization of our volunteer resources.
3. 3.Develop and implement "Maureen's Fund," a new program and fund to be used to provide emergency medical care for dogs whose owners do not have the financial resources to provide the needed care. The program's intent is to help provide funding and oversight of medical care and treatment without the owner's surrendering ownership of their dog to SCGRR.
