Goals

1. 1.We know our programs work at the small scale we are working at today. Our number one goal is to get enough space, staff, training, and funding to increase our scale to have a great impact.
2. 2.We know that we can sterilize and vaccinate as many dogs as possible, but if the community still thinks they are pests, dangerous, etc, nothing will change. In 2024, we have added a new program to our work, our Karuna Rural Village program, where we work with the community at the root issues.
3. 3.We need to fundraiser to be able to have our own land and build out a clinic/shelter to our specifications. We have been on rented land and buildings for 10 years now. We do the best we can in this space, but we need to focus on investing in this. In addition, we need to add to our fundraising staff - currently, it is only the CEO doing the fundraising with the help of a social media person.
