    Mission

    mothers2mothers' (m2m) mission is to ensure health care for families who need it most, delivered by women who know them best. m2m is an African primary healthcare organization that employs local women living with HIV as community health workers across 10 African nations. These "Mentor Mothers" deliver integrated health services at clinics, in communities, and remotely through eServices to ensure everyone, everywhere has access to the services they need to stay healthy and in care. m2m works with governments, local partners, and communities to: eliminate new HIV infections; reduce maternal and child mortality; prevent non-communicable diseases, like hypertension and diabetes; tackle diseases that pose greater risk to individuals living with HIV, like tuberculosis, malaria, and cervical cancer; advance healthy development of newborns and children; improve the health of women, adolescents, and families; overcome HIV-related stigma and discrimination; and support livelihood development for families and communities.
