Lucky Dog Animal Rescue

Mission

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is a volunteer-powered nonprofit dedicated to rescuing homeless, neglected, and abandoned animals from certain euthanasia and finding them loving forever homes. We educate the community and all pet parents on responsible pet parenting, including the importance of spay/neuter, obedience training, and good nutrition.

We envision a world where all animals are spayed and neutered and where all pets have responsible families and loving homes.

Goals

1.Building programs to support pet owners who can't care for their pets will prevent surrenders to underfunded local shelters. Our two priority programs are a low-cost vet clinic and a pet food pantry.
2.Beginning in 2023, we have seen a national trend of more animals spending longer periods of time in shelters. Building our foster and adoption programs will help us save more animals.
3.To address pet overpopulation at it source, our goal is to offer more low cost spay/neuter surgeries.
