Investment in Leadership Development
30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Due to Covid-19, we had to adapt our education programming quite a bit. In 2021, we were able to reach over 1,400 kids, although we were unable to visit any schools during the year. Instead, we found new ways to engage with our community, utilizing Zoom lessons, take-home lesson kits (to help reach students who may not have access to WiFi or a computer), as well as new partnerships with organizations like Exploring by the Seat of Your Pants to reach new audiences.
