When we ask for feedback we do our very best to follow up and make the requested changes or adjust our practices. Sometimes these changes are immediate and other times they are incremental, but we do our best to work towards improving our practices. When we do this based on our clients' feedback we reinforce and build trust and share in the work together, giving voice to our clients and their needs and interests.

It is difficult to get the people we serve to respond to requests for feedback, We don't have the right technology to collect and aggregate feedback efficiently, It is difficult to find the ongoing funding to support feedback collection, Staff find it hard to prioritize feedback collection and review due to lack of time
Briefly describe a recent change that your organization made in response to feedback from the people you serve.
We are in the process of building out spaces in our new office to better serve our clients. These include a multipurpose space that is used as a classroom and our basement. Two of our youth programs, Corner65 and Youth Mentoring are the primary users of these spaces and were asked to help us design these spaces for their specific needs. These youth and teens provided amazing ideas for both equipment and spatial design to best serve their needs and interests. Through a few rounds of discussion and planning we will be equipping the multipurpose room with a host of new desks, chairs, educational tools and equipment. The basement space will now include a small fitness area, a gaming station, art maker-space area, laundry facilities and spaces to do homework quietly.
