Vision

Together with our strategic partners, we can change lives and transform communities where everyone is valued equally and has the ability to shape and live their life as they envision. Education is the most powerful and direct path out of poverty and at Tailored for Education, it starts with a school uniform.

Goals

1. 1.Our growth has been significant, and we are working diligently to expand our reach with our existing partners, as they have more demand than we can currently address. Our goal each year is to meet the uniform needs of a greater number of students and provide additional employment to tailors in these communities. We have no desire to implement new programs, as the demand for uniforms is endless.
2. 2.We now have someone full time to oversee all Kenyan operations and it has been incredibly transformative to our operations and organization as a whole. As we continue to grow, we want to hire more people whose passions are aligned with our mission.
3. 3.We have always said that the networking we have done will far surpass what our organization did. Over the past 14 years we have connected many of our partners, some primary schools feeding secondary, some partners sharing resources and scholarship opportunities. We are committed to leaving our partners and their communities better prepared for success than when we first arrived.
