The mission of the organization is provide hands-on job development and workforce training opportunities for young people through community-based fundraising and employment readiness programs. The organization supports youg people by reducing financial burdens and stress through stipends training and wraparound services with the goal of helping participants gain skills that lead to long term fulltime employment within the organization and other food industry companies. The goal is to empower participants to overcome homelessness through hands on job training and development and assist with finding sustainable employment.
