The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: In FY 2026 we will assess program expansion into a nearby under-served community with high teen birth and low high school graduation rates by conducting a needs assessment, identifying 3 key partners, and presenting findings to leadership for decision-making. Success measured by completion of report and stakeholder engagement.
Goal Two: For fall 2025 launch, revise financial coaching to be trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and accessible for teen parents with low reading/math skills. Train staff/volunteers and update materials. By program end, 80% will improve budgeting, saving, and debt skills per pre/post assessments and budget check-in notes.
Goal Three: Implement Circle of Security training at all sites to promote healthy parent-child attachment, emotional well-being, and family stability. By program end, 90% of participants will show improved parenting confidence and emotional health, measured by biannual self-assessments and support team evaluations. Support team includes Program Director, Counselor, Social Worker and Mentor.
