Unidos Bridging Community's mission is to foster the reciprocity of knowledge, connections, and opportunities among individuals and families of Latin American roots for wellness through health, intergenerational wealth, civic engagement, and education. Our vision is a community of thriving families enjoying intergenerational wellness, prosperity, and abundance.

Goals

1.Wellness Fairs - Increase access to free preventive health services through quarterly mobile community health clinics in Yamhill County, and provide post-clinic health care navigation to ensure participants have long-term support. Serve 250 participants annually.
2.Level Up - Provide essential employability skills training and short-term work experiences to youth ages 14-25 to develop the next generation of our workforce and create pathways to living-wage career opportunities. Serve 60 youth annually.
3.Increase the number of individual donors by expanding the Board of Directors (BOD) and training its members in fundraising.
