TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC COUNSELING SERVICES AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE EDUCATION AND SHELTER FOR THE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND SUPPORTIVE ASSISTANCE TO THE VICTIMS OF CRIME, YOUNG PARENTS, AND PARENT GROUPS.
